Additionally, we offer a cutting dies repair service. To utilize this service, it is necessary to provide information about the specific cutting dies in question. The cutting dies must be sent to the location of our company for evaluation. Based on the maintenance needs, we will provide a quote. It is advantageous to provide information about the cutting dies in question beforehand to obtain an approximate price.
When placing an order with Matrices EU, a 50% advance payment of the total order cost is required. This payment ensures the initiation of the manufacturing process.
The remaining 50% payment must be made once the customer receives the cutting dies and is satisfied with the final product.
All payments are to be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice provided by Matrices EU.
